Can i give ashirwad multigrain atta to 7 month baby

Avoid giving multi grain aata to the baby as it will be heavy for the baby to digest give rice first then start chapatti etc and give these separately. for a 7 months old you can give him 3 times solid food and milk in between with a time gap of 2-3 hours in between... you can give him cerelac, khichdi with veggies in it and ghee and curd, fruits and veggies puree, idli dosa, upma,poha rice mashed with dal and ghee, , ragi porridge, wheat porridge, soups, buttermilk, etc.. always follow 3 days rule for new food to avoid allergy...
