can I give apple and rice ganji for 3 months old baby.as iam now giving both breastfeeding and formula milk so how much should I give formula milk that is nan pro is it good or should I go for other formula one.plz suggest

A. no don't give. your milk is not sufficient to your baby than formual milk is good option..Formula is better as it is made similar to breast milk. You should always talk with your doctor before giving any formulas by own.
