can I give alusil / gelusil syrup to my baby ..she is 3 month old and having likes which are smelling acidic

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children5 years agoA. the baby is only three months of age it is not advisable to give any antacids to such a small baby there are different medicines for the baby to be used please consult your doctor
