Can I give 4 time cerelac for 7 months old boy baby?

AAGuardian of a 3 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. Avoid packaged food like cerelac. also 4 times a day is too much for 7 month old. Remember, food before the age of 1 is just for fun. give solids max twice a day. introduce one new grain/vegetable at a time to check for any allergies. you can give soft homemade stuff like khichdi, soups, daal chawal, mashed vegetables, oats/sooji/ragi malt porridge, rice/sago/sevayi/sweet potato kheer, curd, etc etc. remember to give water as well, a few sips after every few bites.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. Oh no. You baby lay be constipated badly. You have to first introduce to dal ka paani for a week than rice ka paani for a week ! Anything you introduce should be continued for atleast 4-5 days minimum ! Gradually you can introduce one one item increase quantity if needed max
