Q.
Can I give 1 full carrot to my baby as puree. She was eating 1 full carrot. But I got a question that can I give full or not.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist5 years agoA. dear mum, first of all you should give carrot puree or any top food only after completion of 6 months. begin with 3-4 teaspoon first and then gradually increase the quantity to half katori of carrot puree.

Hi parent Babies upto their age of six months should be exclusively on BM However as you are giving her food , make sure you are not offering her food in excess quantity. As in winters their appetite is reduced So for now please maintain the status quo.
