Q.

Can i get vaccinated while breastfeeding(9 month girl) Do i need to take precautions like stop feeding 2-3days,etc. Or shall i wait till my child gets 1 yr?

A. You can certainly get vaccinated it’s absolutely safe and no need to wait for 2-3 days You can breastfeed your baby after vaccination with no problem I am speaking from experience as I recently got vaccinated and also breastfed my baby

A. Hello dear parent, there are guidelines coming up for breast feeding mom to take covid 19 vaccination. But I would still suggest you to kindly consult with your paediatric and ask for which vaccination to go for or should you wait more. And yes you should wait for 2 to 3 days to feed your baby.
