can I gave my 3 years old baby chia seeds with a little rock sugar regularly

A. Why do you want to add rock sugar that I’m not understanding because any kind of sugar we generally don’t recommend you to give to the child you should actually avoid unnecessary adding of sugar but yes chia seeds of course given to the child is no problem
