Give khichdi, daliya, upma, curd rice all in mashed form. add veggies, give fruit purees. better to give more fruits, veggies ,instead of sweets as children don't have much likes and dislikes at this age. so they accept variety of flavors.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Yes you can give.. you can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli... Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge adding fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana... Give wheat Dalia adding veggies. curd rice, curd roti(soaked), Daal roti(mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies.. You can add few drops of ghee and dry fruits Powder in each preparation to enhance nutritional value.

Shilpa SalwanMom of 2 children7 years agoA. Now you can start with a meal plan thay has a complete meal and that too three times a day. For breakfast you can go for options like dosa, upma, dalia. For mid morning snacks you can give thin slices of apple or apple stew. Lunch can include options like dal with chapatti however blended well. In between you can breastfeed your child. For evening snacks you can add go for options like mashed sweetpotatoes or soups of lentils, vegetables or tomato. Dinner can have options like aloo chapatti, or any vegetables you prepared with chapatti. You can always be creative with food and do mix and match.
