Prachi NarangMom of 2 children3 years agoA. you can start with soaked almond.. soak it overnight and then rub it across a rough mud flat chakla or silbatta to extract the milk out of it.. mix it with normal milk and give it to the baby.
it also helps in strengthening the muscles. start with one almond in a day if it suits the baby you can give two.
also you can dry roast almonds and walnuts and then grind it into fine powder and mix it in the morning cereals.

Are you baby is more than one year old and you can add anything in babies regular diet plan because there are no food restrictions now on you should just try to give daily routine food to your baby. And we should take at least four meals in a day to maintain a diet plan
