Can I feed my baby with mama earth butter applied for cracked nipple or do I need to clean before feed?

Please check if the product is made with natural things or not and if the product is lanolin free and fregnance free . if not then wash and then feed. I use the moms co natural nipple butter which is made with natural oils and waxes and no need to was it also it is very effective for sore ND cracked nipples .
