What is your definition of over sterilised because I don’t think so there is any kind of over stylisation for anything but still if you have a doubt about it then you can check with your doctor because as far as I know bottles can be used to feed the child after sterilisation even if you sterilise them for 10 to 15 minutes in boiling water
