can I feed my 9 months old baby knorr soup ??

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist6 years agoA. no dear mum not at all packed soups are high in salt and salt should be avoided till one year. also they may contain added sugar flavor colour preservatives additives so not healthy also avoid giving soup as it just fills baby stomach without providing enough nutrients so vegetable puree or vegetable mashed in food is better option
