can I feed chia seeds to 1 year old baby?she's having very delicate body her body get heat quickly

A. Any kind of seeds dry fruit powder and nuts can also be given to the child which totally your choice what do you want to start with but make sure that when you start with these things the moderation should be maintained of the things that you are giving to the child
