Can i eat white sauce pasta

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist6 years agoA. hello dear yes you can have white sauce pasta but not everyday as it is made of maida and yiu might develop constipation so eating it sometimes is ok there ia no harm in having white sauce pasta.

A. Yes u can have... But try wheat pasta instead of maida pasta.
