Avoid taking seafood, Spicy food and flatulence causing food can cause a shift in your baby’s reaction,coffee,meet and non veg, Beans Cabbage Dairy products Onions Tomatoes Caffeine Chocolate Eggs Soy Wheat Peanuts Citrus food products,Processed food. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dried fruits, fresh fruits band vegetables,like methi, carrot,garlic, Bottle Gourds, Whole Grains Sprouted spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds. And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.
