can I eat sweet corn during breastfeeding...?

Hi mom, yes, in small quantities you can eat sweet corn. also would like to suggest you to check if baby shows in intolerance, discomfort or allergy. try to include all other variety of foods for wholesome and better nutrition. give exclusive breastfeeding to baby for complete 6 months, feed on regular intervals / demand and maintain good hygiene. avoid force feeding and overfeeding.

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 3 m old boy5 years agoA. Hi mom Yes breastfeeding mother can definitely eat sweet corn. There is no problem in that. Anything taken in moderation is fine. Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months. Burp ur baby well after every feed in upright position. Take care
