can i eat sabudana khichdi during breast feeding

Hi yes you can have khichdi there is no problem in it..Just have it in break fast or Lunch time..You can start eating everything but in moderation..Have a healthy and balanced diet,Include lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet specially greens leafy veggies, have milk and milk products and drink lots of water.

Sonam PrasadMom of a 9 yr 8 m old boy7 years agoA. yes dear definitely you can eat sabudana khichdi during breastfeeding it's a very healthy diet for you and also include the veggies dry fruits milk and milk product you have to avoid on the spicy and junk foods
