Can I eat prawns while breast feeding?

A. yes if it suits you .  have all fruits, veggies in your diet. home cooked fresh indian food with indian spices is perfect for breastfeeding mother. .  you can have all the fruits , nothing to worry about. infact mild variety of flavors that baby gets in breast milk , helps in easy acceptance of baby foods in future most important of all maintain good hydration. drink lots of fluids to avoid constipation in this period. continue taking calcium supplements.

You can safely enjoy these seafood products two to three times a week while you are breastfeeding.
