can I eat ice cream n chocolate and banana? feeding aprx 3n half month old baby

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 days agoA. dear mum, as a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect baby. you can eat banana and other fruits. you can have ice cream and chocolate occassionally to avoid unhealthy weight gain.
