ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist6 years agoA. yes you can have fried rice what you eat does not affect baby digestion or gas or cause cold. breast milk is made from mother's blood. composition of breast milk and blood remains same irrespective of what mother eats for your own good health consume healthy foods control intake of processed junk high-fat sugar containing food and beverages
