Dt Ritu PuriGuardian of a 8 yr 8 m old girl7 years agoA. Hi, yes you can have flax seeds just five gm per day while breast feeding baby. It is healthy and fiber rich. good while breast feeding. increase the flow of breast feeding. So yes you can have it.

meghali BorahMom of a 8 yr 10 m old boy7 years agoA. Flax seeds help in producing more milk . You can have it, since it will be beneficial for both the mother and the child . Initially the baby might have a different textured poop but gradually it will be fine
