ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist5 years agoA. yes you can eat have all fruits, veggies in your diet. home cooked fresh indian food with indian spices is perfect for breastfeeding mother. . you can have all the fruits , nothing to worry about. infact mild variety of flavors that baby gets in breast milk , helps in easy acceptance of baby foods in future most important of all maintain good hydration. drink lots of fluids to avoid constipation in this period. continue taking calcium supplements.

Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children5 years agoA. It's better to avoid it for the time being. Can have it later when the stitches are healed as sometimes it can cause cough which will put pressure on the stitches. So better to avoid it for the time being and avoid fried junk spicy gassy foods too
