can i eat dominos pizza while my baby is on exclusive breast feed??

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist7 years agoA. yes you can have pizza there is no problem as regard it will not affect the breast milk composition or cause cold and cough to baby or affect baby digestion. breast milk is composed of mother's blood composition of breastmilk and mother's blood remains the same irrespective of what mother eats however for your good health you should control intake of unhealthy food
