ExpertSHRUTI KANCHANLactation Educator and Counselor6 years agoA. Hello Mum, Try first eating in small quantities and assess if baby has a reaction post nursing. If baby is fine do eat in moderation if baby has a reaction like irritation, gas, loose motions then introduce the food items at a later point gradually. eating in moderation is the key
