can i eat chocolate and cream biscuits after c section

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist6 years agoA. dear mum initially 2 to 3 days after C section first fluid and then soft diet is followed. after that you can have regular food. you can have chocolate and cream biscuits. but for your own good health you should control intake of such unhealthy foods which arer high in unhealthy fats, added sugar and refined wheat flour.

Neha SharmaMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy6 years agoA. Yes,you can eat whatever you like except,oily and spicy food but the food you like also eat in small quantities, otherwise you will gain weight and it will become problem to you to loose it.
