can I eat chicken curry my baby is taking breast milk with nanpro 1 ?

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist5 years agoA. yes you can eat . have all fruits, veggies in your diet. home cooked fresh indian food with indian spices is perfect for breastfeeding mother. . you can have all the fruits , nothing to worry about. infact mild variety of flavors that baby gets in breast milk , helps in easy acceptance of baby foods in future most important of all maintain good hydration. drink lots of fluids to avoid constipation in this period. continue taking calcium supplements. limit tea or coffee to 1 to 2 cups per day. avoid aerated drinks.

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 3 m old boy5 years agoA. Hi mom Yes definitely u can eat chicken curry even if u are breastfeeding. There is no problem in that. Eat freshly cooked food, avoid spicy and oily food. Anything eaten in moderation is fine. Take care
