ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist6 years agoA. yes you can eat a cake . have all fruits, veggies in your diet. home cooked fresh indian food with indian spices is perfect for breastfeeding mother. . you can have all the fruits , nothing to worry about. infact mild variety of flavors that baby gets in breast milk , helps in easy acceptance of baby foods in future most important of all maintain good hydration. drink lots of fluids to avoid constipation in this period. continue taking calcium supplements. limit tea or coffee to 1 to 2 cups per day. avoid aerated drinks.

Hi mom Give feeding every two hours of intervals Take more water fruits vegetables protein rich diet butter to increase your milk supply Also you can take cake no need to worry Stay at home stay safe Eat healthy No need to worry It will correct soon
