can I eat cabbage while breastfeeding. now my baby is 4 months old

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist7 years agoA. hello dear good afternoon yes you can eat cabbage... there is no issue in eating cabbage while breastfeeding in fact there are no restrictions for a lactating mother you can have all the food groups all the food items in your diet

If your breastfeeding you should avoid having chocolate, spices, citrus fruits, Avoid fishes in high mercury content, avoid tea coffee, eggs, wheat, cauliflower, cabbage, proceeded foods, mangoes, prunes, corn, Broccoli.. All these are gassy foods to baby. If you still wish to have have in limited quantities and have warm water post that.
