can I eat cabbage is that good for baby durning breast feeding

Hi mom , yes you can eat cabbage it will not have any side effect on baby or breast milk . it may cause gases some time so check for it if you do not have isse you can continue eating . you can use cabbage leaves locally for breast encouragement .

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 4 m old boy6 years agoA. hello cabbage can cause gastric problem in some moms and so it is not a good option to consume while you are breast feeding a baby as it can also affect your baby tummy so would be better to avoid it or if at all you are craving too much then you can I want small quantity
