ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist6 years agoA. hello dear good evening...it is good if you avoid all this in your diet...have a healthy diet with milk and dryfruits twice a day as you are a breastfeeding mother....include seasonal fruits and veges and have a good fluid and a fiber rich diet throughout the day
