Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dried fruits, fresh fruits band vegetables,like methi, carrot,garlic, Bottle Gourds,
Whole Grains Sprouted
spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds.
And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.

Yes You can have it on regular basis there is no restriction on tea or coffee during your pregnancy and even after your delivery you can have a twice in a day not more than that you’ll have to restrict yourself to a particular quantity in a day don’t overdo it even by mistake
