ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes of course u cn to keep a check on your weight you need to avoid extra calories in the form of sweet oily junk food otherwise do not cut much on your diet if you are exclusively breast feeding your baby
