ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist6 years agoA. Hello dear good afternoon There is no such restrictions in taking buttermilk or ice cream in your diet . In fact buttermilk is good to take since you should take lot of fluid I your diet . Do take in day time preferably in afternoon and make sure you don't catch with cold .

Definitely you can have a better milk also an ice cream also there is no harm all you need is to make sure heavy quantity of anything should not be taken by you try to make it home the butter milk and if you are enjoying on ice cream you can definitely have won in a dayWrite Your Answer Here
