can I dring acv during breastfeeding, my baby is 14 month old now. how many times i drink the acv per day

See if you’re taking the tablets then it is meant to be taken half an hour before your lunch and half an hour before your dinner so introduces down your sugar craving and also it is too fizzy it’s going to cut onto your diet also also little bit and will keep you full for a longer division so you can take it twice if you are taking it with the brand of plix because that’s how it is meant to be taken and if you’re taking the regular one then you just have to add in 1 L of water then you can consume it throughout the day
