Can I apply virgin coconut oil in diaper area instead of diaper rash cream?

j s mehtaFather of a 8 yr 8 m old girl7 years agoA. coconut oil is more skin friendly and more effective than any other ointment/cream. first clean the area with wet wipe and then apply for quicker relief
