ExpertDr Arti SharmaPaediatrician7 years agoA. no Give medicine as advised by Paediatrician Tepid sponging should be done when fever exceeds 10l°F. Use tap water for sponging. Avoid using ice or cold water as it may suddenly reduce the temperature and cause shivering. Give nutritious food rich in proteins Adequate rest Better to consult Paediatrician
