Q.

Can i apply dikamali powder on my baby's teething gums? She is still exclusively on milk. She will swallow some, is it not harmful?

A. no don't apply that Teeth can errupt at any time from birth  But most of the baby have their 1st teeth between 5-15 months of age  Teeth eruptions is a natural process  No need to do anything for that  Don't give any medication for that unless fever and exessive crying.  Just do gum massage with ur little finger thrice a day   Give teether if possible, Clean teether every time before use.  It will help

A. Thanks for responding my baby has completed 5 months and her teething has started. She cries a lot. I was hoping Dikamali or something could help n comfort her

A. as your baby is too small it's best to avoid the powder you can use it after some time when teething starts so that there will be no pain in teeths
