as your baby is so small.. eyelashes will grow with time..don't worry..
Just use good company of baby skin product.
maintain proper hygein.

basically they grow on their own you just need to make sure that you have to maintain hygiene do not reply anything on the eyelashes your eyes of the baby without talking to a doctor or your baby turns out to be 5 years
