A. Dear mum, no, you should not add even a pinch of salt to your baby’s food. You can add salt to your baby’s food only after your baby completes 1 year.

A. It’s advised you should not add salt to your baby’s food until the age of 1 year. Just wait for a little while and start giving the normal diet with a pinch of salt once your baby turns 1 year old.
