Q.

can i add honey to the boiled water in which fenugreek seeds were soaked whole night, as the water is very bitter to drink.

A. you may add little honey to fenugreek water if you want. however Honey also provide similar calories like table sugar so you should control intake. fenugreek added to food for example while preparing vegetable are adding to dal and wheat flour while making chapatis is also good enough
