can i add garlic to my daal?

A. yes can add garlic in ur dal. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, sprouts, cereals, pulses, dry fruit, fresh fruits, vegetables, like methi, carrot, garlic, Bottle Gourds, beetroot, spinach.

A. Onion and garlic or very healthy throughout your pregnancy and even after delivery garlic has very good options and onion also has very good properties over also you can have both the things that you can have garlic enough very proper manner in your food
