Can I add bournvita in to milk for my 8 months old baby for taste?

A. Hi Dear, nothing stops you from adding it.but nowdays there is lot of focus on giving children less packaged food. try and use natural immunity boosters such as dry fruits, green cardamom, turmeric, saunf, kesar and jaggery etc. Use jaggery as sweetener and keep rotating other items like add one at a time.

A. Babies under a year should not drink whole milk and also should not have chocolate added to their milk. Chocolate adds empty sugar calories to his diet. Infants should drink breast milk or formula, which contain more digestible proteins and different concentrations of sugar and fat than whole milk. If your baby has had his first birthday, you can give him whole milk. Adding a small amount of chocolate to whole milk occasionally won't hurt, but don't make it a habit.

A. please do not. bourvita or any other malted beverage ads on only to sugar and no nutrients. add organic Turmeric instead.
