Other than wet wipes there are wipes available specifically to be used on the babys face and hands that you can buy for your baby, it comes very handy when you are travelling with your baby. Though wet wipes can be used on the face and hands as well as these are clinically tested for babys use only. Wipes now a days consists natural ingredients like Aloe vera and Vitamin E, these wipes are hypoallergenic as well basis the tests conducted. However as a precaution if you want to use wipes, first clean the hand and see if it is fine and then use it on the face.
