can hamdard Rogan badam shrin oil gives good sleep to babies??or which oil is best for babies head massage?

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Any product formulated especially for babies that us free from harsh additives and is unscented. Simply pure coconut oil or almond oil like badam rogan shirin are good options. you can also use this for head massage. for good sleep, a good meal, dim lights a calm environment and comfortable room temperature are required. can give massage before sleep A gentle massage is good to tone and strengthen the muscles. Give a luke warm water bath after massage.

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist7 years agoA. you can use any oil which is preferable for you. it should be free of additives and should be pure. massage mainly increases bonding between you and baby. gives comfort to baby. soothing, relaxing for both of you. helps in digestion, induces good sleep. calcium strengthens bones, not massage. so its really upto you , your time, baby's enjoyment, weather etc. no rules as such.
