Hello mam Well lays can be eaten by a feeding mother once in a while but it should not be frequently eaten … Lays have no nutritional property and it’s should be avoided but can be eaten once in a while for a change that’s once in a month that also few chips as it would satisfy your craving and u won’t be tempted to eat again Some healthy snack options are makhana, roasted peanuts and chana, fruits, roasted seeds, Khakra, hummus dips with carrot and cucumber sticks , fresh veg juice

A. Hello mom Yes you can have it but you should avoid consuming it who regularly because it can create gastric issues in babies. Rather than this while being a lactating mother you have to maintain a proper diet because babies digestion totally depends on mother’s diet
