can feed eggs fish and chicken in chicken pox?

A. hi better not to you should give light and easy to digest diet when your baby is sick avoid giving any spicy oily and heavy foods. focus on maintaining hydration and nutrition by giving fresh fruit juices coconut water buttermilk and mix vegetable soups

A. Yes definitely,you can feed fish, eggs, and chicken in chicken pox. Chicken pox is a viral disease and it has nothing to do with what you are consuming. Infact as eggs, fish and chicken are rich in proteins, it will help in proper growth and building immunity in children.

A. no Maam it's better to avoid any kind of non veg if baby has chicken pox. there are quite a few food restrictions that need to be taken care of while baby has chicken pox for faster recovery.

A. No please avoid giving any kind of non veg to the baby as its heavy and also can cause more heat in the body. Give easy to digest food like khichdi sooji ragi porridge daliya dal rice etc to the baby. Give plenty of water to the baby. Please consult a paediatrician and he will guide you better
