ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. no but infection causes fever adenoids is not related to fever In fever give pcm drops as prescribed by your doctor give tepid water sponging maintain hydration if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine

Swollen adenoids block the airways and can cause the following symptoms: frequent ear infections.sore throat.difficulty swallowing.difficulty breathing through the nose.habitual mouth breathing.obstructive sleep apnea, which involves periodic lapses in breathing during sleep.
