After 2 years, you can do all types of physical activity. There is no issue with rope or walking, swimming, Weight training , yoga, Pilates. Just make sure you combine Healthy diet & Exercise ina proper way to lose weight.
POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Stretching and jumping exercises can be done after 6 months of C section delivery. You should be comfortable while doing it. Start slow and do not put pressure on the stitches. Whenever you feel uncomfortable, stop for few days and begin with other light exercises. Skipping is one of the best ones to reduce weight.
