ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist7 years agoA. you can use . anytime cloth nappies are considered better in terms of skin friendliness, it provides immediate detection of urination/defecation which leads to changing and cleaning immediately, decreasing chances of rash and infection. but this comes with incontinence. disposable diapers are more convenient, with comparatively higher risk of rash , infection. . used , changed on time its safe too.
