can cut upper labial frenulum of 11months baby rejoin after some time or it requires stitches?

A. I think it will require stitches but just to have a clarity on the current situation that you are in it would be good for you to check with your doctor to whatever the situation you are facing your doctor would be able to give you hundred percent clarity on that
